On this job the client was looking for an effective cooling systems.So on our site visit we guided them through the different brands and what each one has to offer. They was happy to go ahead with Daikin. With the client wanting as least outdoors as possible, we opted for a multi system. We narrowed it down to the FTXM or the FTXP range both have wifi compatibility, but the air cleaning mode of the FTXM, this influenced the customers decision.Being a semi detached bungalow with a side garage, it was evident that all systems would need a internal pump and for all the pipe work to travel through the loft, exiting from the sofit. For the condenser and pipework we used a Bigfoot system to keep the pipes of the roof, these feet are made for flat roof so don't have sharp edges that cut into the roof. The system was installed, pressured tested for 3 hours and had a decay test for an hour, all these test passed so we proceeded to commission the system and set up the ONECTA app on the clients phone, enabling them to have access to there air conditioning from anywhere in the world.
